We pride ourselves on creating a fun, welcoming, and inclusive space, where you can thrive and feel supported as you work towards your personal goals.
From kids to grandparents, athletes to rehabilitation; you can improve and feel good about your path. We regularly have families and neighbours training together full of encouragement and laughter.
This passion continued to grow throughout lockdown as ZOOM captured our community. Keeping connected and staying active throughout 2020 has reminded us that support is always within reach, even when we are physically distant.
Therefore, we now include Zoom personal training, and group training options for every class!
This helps you manage work, study, family and health restrictions, to keep your routine and stay connected consistently throughout the year.

Our Personal Training Sevices
Our personal trainers work closely with our myotherapists and exercise physiologist to help you feel supported with your fitness goals. This helps you to feel more confident when training, even when other health concerns or injuries need to be considered.
We look forward to welcoming you into our community, and seeing you in our studio, or on zoom, sharing laughter and family fitness very soon.
Individual Training
The Gators team of personal trainers will help you reach your health and fitness goals. We first assess your needs before developing your unique exercise program through which to motivate and challenge you.
We use a range of training methods, stretching techniques and gradually intensify and adapt your workouts for optimum results.
Group Training
Small group training is a fun and affordable way to achieve your health and fitness goals in our friendly environment. Train together with a Gators group or sign up your team for some dedicated sessions.
Personal training suits all fitness levels and all goals. Sessions are held in Gators’ fitness studio, local parks and sporting facilities.
Our Personal Training Sevices
All group classes at Gators are suitable for beginners, through to focused athletes. We keep groups small (maximum of 8) so that we can provide focussed support for every person, while sharing a fun, friendly and challenging fitness environment. All classes are run simultaneously in studio and via zoom to help everyone have options and to help consistently balance their life and routine. Every person is treated as part of our family, while individual needs and goals are taken into account for planning.

Boxing Circuit Class
A combination of technique, power and cardio combinations encouraging individuals to challenge themselves in a fun high intensity group. Small groups allow the instructor to tailor fun challenges for complete beginners through to variety for more advanced participants.
Suitable for all fitness levels and are tailored to individuals goals.
Personalised Group Class
With a maximum of 8 participants, these classes include a combination of strength, mobility, and cardio combinations, in order to challenge every person to their level. All classes are planned individually to take into account the background, strengths and limitations of each person in the group, to help them challenge themselves in a fun, focussed and challenging team environment.

Mobility Yoga Class
This class encourages us to slow down our movements, and work through ranges that we often avoid in day to day activities. This class aims to open up our body improving mobility and flexibility throughout. All sessions are modified to help every person improve their movement no matter what their starting point is. Slowing down, calming our systems and opening up tight areas, helps us feel lighter and calmer for the rest of the day. No competition in poses will be seen in our classes, as every person has their own range to work in.

Functional Movement and Strength
This class focuses on exercises that strengthen the way our muscles work together. Improving our functional strength is key to moving smoothly through any task we routinely do, while the balance, stretching and movement side of the class will supplement and increase the usefulness of that extra power!
