We have over 20 years of experience supporting clients ranging from Ironman/triathlontrail running, football, hockey, golf, through to post operation rehabilitation, and lifestyle maintenance.  

Our myotherapy services are tailored to your personal needs, whether this be to assist with your acute pain, to improve the quality of your everyday activities and over the long term increase your ability to work towards your lifestyle goals.

Your treatment plan can include corrective exercises, as we work with you to provide support on understanding relevant lifestyle factors and learning how to make changes to improve long term flexibility, strength, and pain relief. 

Our Myotherapists strive to support you towards a healthy, injury free, steady path, as you chase your health and lifestyle goals.

30 Minute Myotherapy Services

A 30 minutes myotherapy session is perfect for assessing, targeting and treating an acute episode of pain in a specific area or alternatively rebalancing and maintenance of an ongoing problem area.

A 1 hour myotherapy session is perfect for initial assessment, complicated pain conditions or rebalancing and maintenance of more than one problem area.
