Hello, Elisse has been talking about the benefits of consistency for years. The advantages are many and varied and depend on your own personal goals. We want to show that amazing results are possible with consistent effort towards a target, so we have decided to share our journey towards running 100 miles along the Grampians Peaks Trail.
We will be sharing with you how we make this fit into our busy lives, the struggles we face and the many milestones we accomplish on the way to 100 miles.
