Louise's endurance training sparked an interest in fitness, strength, mobility and recovery which lead to her further studies in clinical myotherapy and subsequent drive to help others reach their fitness goals.

Teaching since 1994, Kate has helped in a range of settings from post and prenatal, children with special needs, over 50’s groups, injured athletes, as well as group classes and yoga. She loves sharing her passionate belief that everyone can move.
